Our Welds Exceed the Industry’s Highest Standards

GH Metal Solutions has built a solid foundation by utilizing technology and expertise to build high quality complex weldments. GH Metals Solutions welds to AWS D1.1, 1.3, as well as several customer specifications based on their individual requirements. We employ full-time CWIs (Certified Welding Inspectors) to develop WPS’s (Weld Procedure Specifications), train, and certify our welders to ensure process integrity and reliability. In addition to training, we audit welding processes and review weld quality with the welding team to ensure they are performing to the standards demanded by our customers.

GHMS utilizes Production Hand Welders to fabricate our customer’s lower volume parts, and robotic welding to utilize speed and repeatability to make parts more efficiently for our customers. We also develop and manufacture all of the tooling used in the welding department in house to shorten the lead time and control any key variables that may go into the welding process.
